Description
Great leadership starts with self awareness. In a profession where decisions carry great weight and influence, police leaders must cultivate not only operational skills, but they must also be able to inspire others.
This course empowers police leaders to strengthen their resilience, emotional intelligence, and authenticity so they can inspire trust and lead with clarity under pressure.
By focusing on personal growth first, participants learn to model integrity, foster healthier teams, and create lasting impact in their organizations and communities.

Eligibility and mandatory requirements
- This course is offered to leaders and potential leaders in law enforcement agencies
- Acceptance or refusal in the program is at the discretion of the Canadian Police College
